"Mrs. Tracy"
began dancing at the age of 2 with her aunt, Dotti Patterson. At the age of 12 she began teaching out of her mother's
kitchen until she graduated from high school. While studing dance at the University of Memphis, she performed with the U of
M dance company and traveling company, Moving Line and taught ballet, tap, and jazz at Dotti's School of Dance.
In 1988, she was certified by the Southern Association of Dance Masters. Upon graduating cum laude with a Bachelor's of
Fine Arts (dance/theater major), she began teaching ballet, pointe, and modern at the Civic Dance Company in Columbus,
Ga. She began dance programs for the Auburn Parks and Recreation Department, the city of Notasuga, and the Auburn City
Schools. Upon returning to Memphis, she taught for Dotti's School of Dance, and Patti Howard's School of Dance,
and choreographed for the Germantown Community Theater. In 1997 she became the owner of Patti Howard's School of
Dance, changing it'st name to The Dance Academy of Bartlett. She is currently a board member of the Southern
Association of Dance Masters, a Member of Dance United and also the Memphis Children's Rehearsal Director for the Moscow
Ballet's Nutcracker. She has judged for the "I Love Dance" international dance competition.
She continues
dancing, currently studying and competing in Ballroom dance. Mrs. Tracy teaches all levels and all subjects.

"Mrs. Sally" Alfonso
Teacher
Mrs. Sally Alfonso joined the faculty in 2000 after returning to Memphis. She came to us after choroegraphing
for Kinner & Company in Illinois. She has been teaching for over 30 years. She is the Second Vice-President of the
Southen Association of Dance Masters. "Mrs. Sally" is our advanced ballet/pointe teacher and also
teaches combination classes to the younger children.

| Ms. Lindsey Dunlap |
"Ms. Lindsey" Dunlap
Teacher
Ms. Lindsey Dunlap taught at the Dance Academy of Bartlett in 2005. She has earned her Bachelors' of Fine Arts in Theater/Dance
at the University of Memphis serving as the President of the University of Memphis Dance Alliance. She studied at several
Memphis studios growing up winning numerous regional competition awards and frequently placing in National competitions.
She has also attended Broadway Dance Center's Summer Intensive and numerous years of ACDFA workshops. She has choreographed
for the Ballet Memphis Junior Company, Playhouse on the Square' Summer Conservatory, Playhouse on the Squares' TNT
Company, and the Univerity of Memphis. Ms Lindsey is a member of the Tennessee Association of Dance. She is also
a member of the Southern Association of Dance Masters. She teaches all ages in all techniques including
competitive jazz, lyrical, and modern |
