The Dance Academy of Bartlett is the premier dance education studio in the Memphis area.  Located in the suburb of Bartlett, we are easily accessed from I-40, HWY 70, and HWY 64 for our widely located clientele.  Offering classes for children ages 3 and up,  we consider our teaching methods to be the perfect compromise of education and enjoyment.  We offer instruction in Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, and Tumbling.

Our studio has been under the current ownership of Tracy Spencer Hannon since 1997.  We have quadrupled our enrollment since then.  Our students have performed on Carnival Cruise Lines,  with the Moscow Ballet, on college dance teams, as members of the halftime dance team during the Liberty Bowl, in a variety of festivals and parades, and in numerous competitions and dance conventions.  Individual students have won scholarships to regional and national dance conventions, performed in national youth dance companies in New York City and Las Vegas, and have been accepted into college dance programs.

Our students learn the proper techniques of the various disciplines of dance while enjoying the performing and competition aspects of dance in a loving atmosphere encouraged by the teachers, other students, and the parents our studio.
